Nigerian Afrobeat sensation Wizkid has garnered significant recognition, securing nominations in seven categories at the upcoming Africa Arts Entertainments Awards (AAEA). 

The AAEA aims to honor and celebrate the outstanding achievements of music artists across the African continent.

Wizkid, a prominent figure in the Afrobeat genre, is set to compete in several key categories, including AAEA Best Continental Male Artiste and AAEA Continental Artiste of the Year. His highly acclaimed project ‘S2’ has also earned him a nomination for Continental Album/EP of the Year.

In addition to these prestigious nominations, Wizkid’s collaborative and solo efforts have been acknowledged in various other categories:
