As Christmas and New Year dey approach, Nigeria Police don deploy 2,202 officers across di Federal Capital Territory (FCT) to keep everywhere safe and calm.

Police talk say di heavy deployment na to ensure say residents enjoy di yuletide without fear of crime or disturbance. Officers go dey stationed for major roads, worship centres, markets, event centres, and other strategic places wey people go gather.

According to police authorities, di operation go run throughout di festive period, with patrol teams, checkpoints, and rapid response units on ground 24/7. Dem also warn criminals say FCT no go get space for bad activities during dis period.
