Born Daniel Wohuruche Chijioke, the young artiste’s journey began long before studio sessions and official releases. Back in his secondary school days, he was the kid who never missed a freestyle circle. He built his early swagger battling classmates, experimenting with flows, and sharpening the lyrical edge that now defines his artistry.

By 2019, he felt ready to test the waters, releasing “Seniorita” under the moniker Alte Boy exclusively on Audiomack – a soft launch into a world he always knew he belonged to.

Fast-forward to today, Sawd Yute has returned with a brand-new single, “Legendary,” a title that captures exactly how he sees his journey. The song blends smooth vocals with thoughtful writing, rooted in the experiences, prayers, and realities that inspire him.
