Di circular talk say, βPublic servants from GL.01 to GL.10 β three days a week; public servants from GL.12 to GL.17 β four days a week.β But dis new plan no follow for essential workers like doctors, security people, political office holders, and accounting officers. Di circular still talk say, βE dey important say make di arrangement of which day each public servant go work dey handled by di accounting officers for Ministries, Departments, and Agencies of government.β
Apart from di new work schedule, Governor Adeleke don still extend di palliative payment for public servants for another two months. Di statement talk say, βDi governor don approve make dem continue palliative payments for public servants for di next two months, as dem dey wait for di new minimum wage to start.β Dem also direct all accounting officers for Ministries and Local Governments to follow dis instruction.
