Nigerian comedian and entertainment expert, Gbenga Adeyinka, don advise young presidential candidates for di 2023 election make dem run for Senate and House of Representatives instead. Adeyinka talk say make young candidates like Kingsley Moghalu, Omoyele Sowore of African Action Congress, and Peter Obi of Labour Party represent di National Assembly to help rewrite di country’s laws.

Di comedian talk say no president go fit misbehave for Senate if people like Fela Durtoye, Obi, and Sowore dey dia. He yarn dis one for podcast wey TheCable release over di weekend.

Adeyinka still suggest say young people wey wan enter politics suppose start from di bottom because politics na from bottom to top.

E talk say, “Some people na professional politicians. Na dia work be dat. You go just wake up say you wan come, dem no go even give you ticket. With di way our structure dey now, na only by grace you fit become president.

“Na why when I see dem, like Sowore, wey dey say dem wan be president, Fela Durotoye wan be president, Peter Obi wan be president, and dat very intelligent guy, Moghalu wan be president… I believe say we need to carry these young people enter House of Reps and Senate to help rewrite our laws.

“If Peter Obi become president of Nigeria with di structure wey we get now, nothing go dey wey he go fit do.”
