Veteran comedian, Julius Agwu don chook mata between him colleagues AY and Basketmouth.

The beef between AY and Basketmouth don dey news for some time as AY dey claim say na over money wey Basketmouth no pay am. Although Basketmouth deny the allegations say na “lies.” He also claim say they no be friends in the first place.

During the interview for Naija FM, Agwu talk say di mata pass money wahala. He imply say more reasons dey why Basketmouth dey vex with AY, but him never make them clear yet.

“I no think say na just the N30,000. Maybe more dey. We bin dey backstage, so we no fit know,” Agwu talk. “Maybe something else dey bother am and e never bring am up yet.”

Agwu also discussed him long-running Easter show, “Laugh for Christ Sake,” claiming say him don dey run the event every Easter Sunday for years before AY come begin dey promote him show. Agwu even claim say AY inform am say the day him choose him event na the same dey wey him (Julius Agwu) dey use for him event but AY cut him call.
