Arsenal have confirmed that 18-year-old midfielder Myles Lewis-Skelly has signed a new long-term contract following a breakthrough 2024/25 season.
The Hale End academy graduate, who joined the club at age eight, made 39 appearances across all competitions and became a key part of the first team. He made his senior debut against Manchester City and scored his first Premier League goal in a 5–1 win over the same side at the Emirates.
Lewis-Skelly also made history as the youngest Arsenal player to start a UEFA Champions League match since 2011 and contributed two assists in the knockout stages.
On the international stage, he earned a senior England call-up in March and scored on his debut under new manager Thomas Tuchel in a World Cup qualifier against Albania.
Speaking after signing the deal, he said: “I want a legacy. I want to win everything there is to win in the game.”
Arsenal noted the new contract is subject to regulatory approval.
