Di President of Court of Appeal, Justice Monica Dongban-Mensem, appoint di panel wey Justice Onyekachi Otisi go lead, with Justices Misitura Bokaji-Yusuf and James Abundaga. Di panel go handle all di appeal cases wey concern Rivers political crisis, including di one wey Governor Fubara and Rivers State House of Assembly bring, plus di case wey concern di alleged defection of 27 lawmakers wey support Wike from PDP to APC.
On Monday, court shift some cases go later date, including di one wey “di appeal, wey dem mark CA/ABJ/PRE/ROA/CV/1211m1/2024, join di Rivers matter wey dem create special panel for,” Justice Hamma Barka yarn.
